In the course of our lives various setbacks and failure cause us to begin thinking in ways that are less than ideal and yet become a reflex that we barely consider. It is never too late for a fresh start so take this chance to nurture the seeds of happiness in your mind. This seminar is full of clear and practical ways to identify and overcome our habits of unhappiness including

  • inferiority complex
  • self-tormenting mentality that expects failure
  • overcoming a slump in life

If you are anxious at present, I would like to suggest that you reflect on the original cause of your current distress and see whether you can trace it back to your childhood when you began comparing yourself with others.
From "The Starting Point of Happiness" written by Master Ryuho Okawa

We study and meditate everyday at home in Nerang so people are more than welcome to join us. Just Sms (Ben 0431206667) with a best time and I'll send back the address.

We do not charge for meditation, counselling or spiritual support so just come along for a chat and a cuppa anytime.

Since we already have a toddler here kids are no problem at all.

This fantastic lecture was delivered by the global missionary lecturer Mr Imai at the Melbourne state library.

In a recent post on his blog I noticed mr Imai running a retreat in the Blue Mts, perhaps we can encourage more retreats like this throughout Australia.
